New agent advice :)

Hello all,

It has been quite some time since I've posted on the BP forums. I miss this community and am here to stay, thank you BP!

So, I recently passed the Ca real estate exam (just waiting for my license in the mail now) and wondering if there are part time (weekends/nights) opportunities in the industry or more specifically helping another agent/business remotely or locally? What is your take on a part time agent? I've spent some time also deep diving the str industry, like property management for the owners of those properties. Even though you do not need a license for that but I'm weighing the options.

I'm sure a lot of people have faced the same reality that you can't quit you full time job to be an agent due income dependency from your job. Note: I got a license because I see a huge opportunity in the Sacramento market in the next 10 plus years due to major developments in the area. Message me for more details if interested. :)

Thanks for your advice! Much appreciated and looking forward to connecting with you soon!
