Same goes for other vending machines, especially soda, and if you have sufficient traffic (for example an on-site office) a candy/snack machine too.

I ran the large soda machine 100 feet into the citytap clearing stoppage there is still some paper attached to roots on the top inside of the pipe bottom is cleared when pulling backcable there was routes and paper attached to the cable.

As mentioned, the only way to avoid this would be to waive the commission entirely and have the seller reduce the sale price accordingly.My guess was he was thinking he paid income tax the first time he earned it, and then will pay income tax on that same money when it comes back to him as commission.

The STR is a wash, it really doesn’t make more than a few thousand a year tops, but we get to use it whenever we want and it more than covers all the expenses while building equity.
