@Ross Dailey I’m an ABQ investor (not I’m student housing) but from what I’ve heard there is a strong demand in student housing especially around the university.

It takes them filling out the paperwork first, then you fill out your part.There should be a site in your state just for this, Im in Florida, so not sure of yours, but Google this;federally-funded emergency rental assistance relief program to support residents and businesses as they continue to recover and rebuild.Good luck!

I own a home in California (which I live in) and I want to start investing in real estate with the brrrr system, whats difficult for me to understand is if the bank will actually continue to lone you money when I keep buying properties, cause usually they want to see that your income can support the investment.
