One of the biggest things we look at is the experience of the operators.

In contrast, sites like Zillow verify the owner's status before listing a rental, ensuring a more secure experience.

Only advice I can give you is make sure you experience an AZ Summer before you move here. 

We want to have the freedom to live centrally to them, work from anywhere/whenever and travel and enjoy life to the fullest and share the blessings that come our way.
