I have 3 small blanket loans with my bank for 17 of my units and ill be going in there in 3 years to refinance the other 25 units into 1 or 2 new loans.

And a terminally ill guy with 3 months to live would probably jump at the chance! 

But I had my check ready because I wanted to take the opportunity to speak with him without any ill will.

2. do as the wife wants and pay bills.I dont know when ill get achance to have this kind of money in my hands that i dont have to pay back.My credit is important to me, and is in bad shape i am working on fixing so borrowing is out.i have sold everything that has value (except the dogs).my plan would be to quickly find a wholsale deal that i can turnover within 7  days.i am looking now and its tough finding the right deal.thanks for any and all suggestions.

Thank you @Jon Huber Yes I agree Sweden can be a nice country, at least in the summer.I don't live that far from Gothenburg, approximately a 3 hour drive.The rent is high in the cities but so is the property prices, but who knowsmaybe ill contact you when I have the perfect property for you in Sweden then ;)

hi I am new to BP my name is Walter Thompson and I am married whit two beautiful daughters and a beautiful wife I am 22 and i need help whit wholesale I know the basics but I live in NJ and I don't know the laws about closing and I really appreciate if some one can please lead me in the right direction, I've already started my mail campaign (2 days ago) please if someone is willing to mentor me ill pay a monthly fee

I also beleive God gave us all  different personalities....we can't all be extremely outgoing, some need to be the deep thinkers and planners, etc....so knowing my strengths and weaknesses I just think I 'll go with my strengths and compensate with help from others on my weaknesses.

Just accept this as an ill liquid property I control for a while?
