I was looking at the profiles of inspectors at Amerispec and they have a couple of former contractors.

@Skyler Smith Welcome to BP, I'm not as attentive with BP as I should be so sorry this is so late.I noticed in your profile that you're looking to partner on a large syndication deal or smaller multi-family deal.

I am a retired Marine after 28 years of active duty, and have since worked as a contractor and now as a Federal government civilian for the past seven years.My profile provides a little more detail, so here I'll just reiterate that I'm a real estate investing newbie with a goal to start slow and sure, and then grow moderately.

They type a keyword in Google and then a forum post for Bigger Pockets shows on position 1 or 2 on the 1st page of Google.They click on the forum post from the link, click on my profile and see 8,000 posts or so and see the content.

. :) After having some problems with my old profile, I am back and excited to interact with the community here.Coming back to BP was an easy decision as I am now getting way more involved in Real Estate beyond building my own portfolio.
