A Realtor relocation aspect might have some merit, but a Realtor in LA really won't be involved in a deal in Little Rock.So all the noise about getting leads might be great for some, but unless they are traded to people in the immediate area of the lead, I can't see much use for them.

It seems to me that it quite worthwhile to share what you can about who you are, what you do, what your local sphere of influence is (at least state), website, blog, etc.I scratch my head sometimes because it seems like someone's profile is the major starting point for letting the community know who and what you are about.Sure we get to know you even better through your posts and comments, but this seems like an important aspect for your business and for building connections.Perhaps some of you can share the rational.

I believe the best reason is economies of scale which is incorporated into several aspects of aprtment buildings such as:Management, repairs/maintenance, loan (one loan, multiple doors), utilities, etc.Also, if you lose 3 tenants in a 50 unit building, you just lost only 6% of your tenants, if you lose just one in an SFR, you are 100% vacant.The second best reason is forced appreciation.
