The study guide you get at the end of the courses to prepare for the test was really helpful.

Now I just need to take the class exam and the actual licensee exam.I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good study guide/book for the test.

I totally agree with Ryan to crunch your hypothetical numbers first and know what to expect before jumping into hard money business without doing any study, whether you are doing to borrow hard money or be the lending side. 

I passed the final exam today - the studying I did over the last week was key.

My brother and I have been busy developing our network marketing businuess an have now been studying up on the opportunity that investing in US real estate offers for quiet a few months and are looking to invest the money we generate from our business into this opportunity.We look forward to learning and building relationships within the Bigger Pockets community and hopefully getting to meet some of you when we head to the US.

I have a great resource that I used to study prior to taking exam. 

Most agents discover pretty quickly that your typical wholesaler is looking for that same list of buyers.... and the typical wholesaler learns pretty quickly how to cut the agent out of the loop.  

There are many who ‘want’ to be like me; many who are ‘studying’ to be like me; and many more who would be like me, but are just waiting for ‘this opportunity to appear’ or ‘that circumstance to change’… At the end of the day, very few actually are like me.I have been very fortunate and blessed.

Great book with case studies, check it out when you get a chance. 

Just be extremely active and study study study.As far as yellow letters please try and be creative.
