Interesting - I took a look at a 4/2 in that precise area (also built in 1917, also 2200sqft), and what turned me off of it was the fact that it was the biggest, nicest house on the street (by a pretty significant margin).

I've not done an eviction to completion before, but I am under the impression that once the tenant is removed by the police, their belongings get taken out the same day and placed at the corner of the street for them to take with them.

Generally Winter Park is a higher-end area with good rents but it's very street specific so I would be sure you do a lot of research on the specific area you are looking to buy in.
