@Daniel RheeList Source is good for narrowing down a list of specific properties with criteria such as age of owner, % of equity, mortgage date, etc... but what List Source won't provide is a description of the property.

I understand that this is state specific and i would DEFINITELY get legal advice before actually doing it but i was just curious if giving discounts to certain organization members is kosher with fair housing laws?

Specific to the underlined portion below "However, tenants who would otherwise have protected status may be evicted if the unit is the only rental unit owned by the landlord in the building"- how would this impact a duplex where the new owner moves into one unit and a protected tenant is in the other unit?
