The last few weeks I've called a few places for a moderate rehab job, mainly just a basement to finish, even called businesses that specialize in finishing basements.

I think if I realized just how special of an opportunity it was, I would have done more to get deals done.

Maybe it can pay taxes, insurance, a fair rate for property management provided by the owner.. but it is maybe not so useful in supplementing all the anticipated lost rental income used for living.

Our MLS also just released a specialized addendum adding flexible closing dates should it be required due to circumstances outside of anyones control (i.e. shutting down recording offices, etc. because of the virus).

@Robert Muzyka I specialize in flipping the lower cost properties and creating smaller multi-families.
