I'll start: I'm a student that is very passionate about real estate investing. My goal is to acquire my first property by the end of the year. Rental units 6+ is what interests me the most. I have a lot of knowledge in Facebook advertisement as I have run a lot of marketing for Realtors. (And yes, I know how to generate motivated sellers). Very active in the English CIIQ (Club d'investisseurs immobilier Quebec).

Hi Simon, I'm new to investing as well. Looking to buy 1 more property by 2020. Currently analyzing markets in QC to focus on. Getting some mentoring done focusing on OPM strategies. Looking to scale within a few years.

Hey guys.
Currently in the process of finalizing the purchase of 2 new plexes (both triplexes), bought a quad in Ste Therese 2 years ago and sold my house to move into a triplex in Laval-Des-Rapides.
Plan is right now to get the maximum number of mortgages to my name before I start looking at commercial mortgages and or private money.
