Can you have direct conversations with them via telephone?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a lease agreement for Utah or where to create one online that you'd recommend?

I'm 21 and have gotten almost all my knowledge from the podcasts here and by listening to 4/5 podcasts on wholesaling it would give you a solid base and start moving you in the right direction.

Currently, there is a new look in the Note market as the hedge funds don't care to do a lot of heavy lifting and unload the discounted notes that eventually are available in different OTC markets (FCI exchange, Noted Direct, PPR, etc.)

I started out with the intent to flip, but after more investigation on taxes and a little unsure of which direction to go.
