That sounds steep given that the other unit is new construction, unless your unit is completely renovated top to bottom.

Bottom line is even if she sold it for $215k after paying commission and closing costs she may just barely break even.

Bottom line you’re paying them to make you money. 

The refrigerator had rust on the bottom of the door and yes, when I went to close the blinds for bed, the filth on what were white faux wood blinds was nasty. 

I eat the cost of water/sewer on all of my units, and it doesn't have any massive impact on my bottom line.
