Hello allCan someone share some wise advice on how to buy SFH in Sillicon Valley with just 10% down?

There are communities in the central valley that may be good options. 

I'm seeking markets within a 3 hour drive of Linden (Central NJ) and was primarily looking in Lehigh Valley PA (although i’m not sure if that’d fit my criteria).

I have some guys here in San Antonio that are doing some deals here in SA and also in the Rio Grande Valley.

This is close to me.For sale Camelot Apartments, a value-add 20-unit garden-style building located in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Reseda.

I'm planning on buying a larger home, and have access to some other funding for my new down payment if I need to.Current house - Castro Valley, CA  (SF Bay Area - East Bay)  950 SF  2 bd / 1ba  good school district.Zillow value = $680k    Loan = $400k at about 4.25%.

I did look in the Central Valley which I can afford the down payment and mortgage if I don't have renters, and still be able to pay my current rent in the Bay.
