@Carlos Julio You may want to start out by training with someone who already does it successfully in the area where you want to manage.

Our only concern is my particular unit may be deploying often and have a considerable amount of training, keeping us apart anyways.

Plus it's a commuter HEAVEN with train, buses and highways all right there.

I have lady who will start paying her own rent next month - single mom who was getting out of a terrible situation, but is finishing manager training at a restaurant here and the employer can't say enough good things about her.

Any training you guys would recommend?

Also, any recommendations on BPO training?

@Kobe Xin Yes they offer mentor programs and a ton of one on one training.

The Book/Tapes/Cassettes are designed with real estate agents (and everybody else) in mind.I was professionally trained with a Fortune 200 company selling very expensive computers and I still learned a lot from that book. 

I’m in the same train of thought!

Heather Rapp, IMO, when starting out you should not be building your "team" with people you have to train.
