I would like to develop a property management company in Florida and I would like to start making deals with family and related friends so they can invest and I can manage their properties. Reading i found i need to have a broker license in order to start property management company in Florida but I wonder if there is a short cut on that?? I have a potential deal of someone that wanted to invest but i won't be able to manage their property in the near term? Any ideas on how to get that business??
