Online reviews are great... but would love to hear from anyone on here who has used them.  

Like @Marcus Auerbach said, do a review on HVAC and roof, gutters, double check plumbing/drainage, and make sure filters, light bulbs, and smoke detector batteries are all in good working order.Do a walk-through of the property as if you were someone looking for a place to rent with a hypercritical eye.

Or can I use a standard template from the Internet and then have it reviewed by an RE lawyer?

@Terrell Garren I just gave my rave reviews for M2M here and then read your statement, and totally agree!

@Chris Howell if you have the name of the lender, the phone number and address , you should be able to find something about it online .... maybe reviews, Former customers , court, complaints ... someone have to know about this lender.

Permitting & Red-lines - In this phase completed designs are submitted to the jurisdiction for review.

Besides the rent roll and T12 what would you suggest reviewing or requesting?

Personally without any vetting or review of your project, every time I added a bathroom to my projects in the past it always paid off.  

Did you have someone review the contract before you signed?
