Also, regarding cabinet heights, I usually have it go straight out the roof or at least into the attic then out a side wall of the house.

To handle this undertaking, I hired the highest certified home inspector to carefully review the foundation/crawl space, we ran a drone over the roofs and of course scoured the attics and walls for termite, black mold and asbestos.I then had the best roofers, plumbers, etc compare their findings to that of the inspector and had them submit bids for the work.My final step was to ask the town building inspectors to review the potential work and if they noticed any "red flags."

@Mindy Jensen well Carl has some big plans for them.. he is thinking of also developing a big property he has and kind of setting them up like a MHP.. sell the container and retain ground rights on long term leases.

After the tenants moved out, we noticed pretty extensive mold on both sides of the sliding glass door--wall and baseboard as well as the blinds and spots on the glass and frame.
