There are consequences for our government decisions and a lot of current policy and national sentiment continues to be inflationary (tighter immigration, high tariffs, wars, nationalism/isolationism, child tax credits, student loan forbearance, high government spending/deficits).

But here's the real low down - as much as I or anyone else on this forum knows about title, we aren't legal experts and if we were we don't have all the facts necessary to render an informed opinion.  

.- thanks ...try reaching out to the local small to mid size  credit unions and banks in NJ ...contact the bank you  have your checking / savings with ...contact the lender that services your 1st mortgage for options .....regarding deprication - are you asking about the depriciation on the  primary home ( subject property ) being added in or  for the depriation from another property ?

I am looking for a recommendation for best book to introduce me to syndication as a real estate investment strategy.  

There's been so much interest in real estate investing and the success stories on podcasts and in books - most of which were achieved over the last decade - give people the real estate "bug" and they often over pay either because they don't know how to run the numbers or because they're just so anxious to get in.

Realize at the outset that real estate will involve all different types to service, maintain, repair, improve, insure, manage and eventually sell.  

I have taken their course and can say that Cody and David are the real deal and the amount of value in the course way exceeds the price.
