I've decided that wholesaling is the path i am going to pursue and want to pick everyones brain about what they wish they knew or would do if they started all over again!

I've finally decided to do more than just listen to the podcast.

Given the current state of real estate here in CO and the fact that I have ties to Kansas City, I have decided that KC would be a good market to get started.

Location isn’t set yet but I will let those of you who are interested know once we decide.

I've decided I want to change that, though, which is why I'm here!

I would just trend lightly and really watch that admission level if you do decide to jump in.

I can honestly say the negative experiences turned me away from trying to follow my parents’ footsteps but I have returned full circle and have decided to think outside the box and put the negative memories behind me (not forgotten though).

Do you mean where a lawsuit has gone it's course and the Judge has ordered a sale or do you mean people who haven't paid their mortgage and the bank has decided to do a foreclosure (Trustee Sale)?

Trying to decide where/how to invest next.  

Also, you can’t ask the tenant to cover your rent until the housing department decides to pay you.
