Lots of active Tampa investors here.

I was excited last month to open my copy of The Real Deal and find that I was listed as one of the seven most active developers in North Shore Staten Island.

For me, for right now, it's combining our investing with our volunteerism.Stay active on the site to get the most out of it!

We are also working with a local acquaintance who is very active/familiar with the unique market of rural "country" rentals & is helping us with the necessary contract docs., tenant screening, etc.1.)

A large reason for that with "newbies" is they don't know what they want, and where to start once they know.My first question for you would be:  Do you want to be an "active" or "passive" real estate investor?

I would definitely report this activity to the police.

That revenue is paying for those jobs, so it seems like its a net zero activity anyway.
