@Brad Clarizio  675/800 would be $0.84 per square foot and the other is $0.93 lease price per square foot so you are doing pretty good. no need for the addresses. just for informational purposes.

Only issue is that the property comes with 6+ acres of land that really isn't going to serve any purpose other than costing a ton in taxes.
