Living in the US now, planning to go back to Spain within the next 5 years and I am wondering if anyone has experience using the BRrr strategy there.

For example, Inheritance tax, capital gains tax ( not planning on selling but just in case), etc. do we create an llc within a trust or do we create a corporation. my accountant recommended a c corp and doing a title transfer but from the research I've done the leaves us liable to capital gains tax.

Honestly, their loan programs are too good to be true!

That said you may test with some smaller units with plans to move bigger if you like the area. 

@Brock Mogensen, starting close to home in the greater Sacramento, CA area sounds like a solid plan for me.

You don't need a broker in CA to lend either UNLESS you plan to charge in excess of the usury limits.
