When I ran a flight kitchen overseas, we had crusts, cheese, sauce, toppings, etc and employees to get the pizzas done but we were also focused on getting a large variety of foods out, not just pizza, but I digress.What I’m trying to understand is the mathematical language.

Due to my cheap assery, preferably like to keep our mortgage within 1/6th to 1/8th of take home pay, and set our pre-approval for about $50k less than the listed price (house flipping intentions).

Yes, it is common to ask for leases, ledgers, full applications packages during due diligence, should be part of your PA too (for next time).If you buy it, you can start from square one with applications, qualifying and new leases and you will be set.
