Here in California we are into earth tones.Beige with chocolate brown or medium grey for exterior combined with light grey or two tone for the interior.Blues and greens are more popular in coastal properties.

Since the BRRRR It's such a popular model, and is also done with large and small multi families, I would think that somebody would have developed a way to keep all the numbers, bank accounts, activities and business management all-in-one package. looked for this a couple years ago and couldn't find anything.
