There is not any ideal place to add one, unless we squeeze a stackable into the master closet where the doors won't be able to close over it, or an all-in-one washer/dryer unit in the front living area.If we don't add a laundry unit to the rental, the alternative is to allow scheduled access to our laundry room but they have to go through our whole living space to enter, or just not offer one at all.

They get very confused and frightened by this, even though it is just a normal checking/savings account for a trust.In my opinion, the best strategy is to have the accounts setup and ready well ahead of needing the money, and then just rollover the money when you are ready to invest in real estate (or any other alternative investment).

That's a popularity contest.What I do know is about people living in paid off homes, cars with a combination of paid off rental property, bars, patent royalties and online businesses bringing in more money than they spend each month.
