So, while getting your license you can be interviewing brokers to see what they offer you.Do they have training, office support, etc.? 

Well, I went back to property today, and it appears the county sheriffs office was there to clean it out last week under a "Writ of Possession" order of evacuation.  

I emailed the poster to try and work out a "deal" to meet him at the property to give him a "deposit" then have him nabbed by the Sheriffs office.

Their 2 empty lots are valued by the county appraiser's office at @139,077 each (with an adjustment of 1.01) and mine is valued at $230,868 (with a .84 adjustment probably because of the busy street and more setbacks).

If so, then you would contact the county's Office of Public Guardian - Adult Guardianship office.  

Gonna have to wait till Monday to talk to my escrow/title officer.
