I am trying to start networking.

Come to network, talk shop, and enjoy yourself.We're going to try and formalize the gatherings a bit with speakers, but expect the usual laid back, easy-going networking event!

I currently remotely manage an STR (although it's only a few hours away) using a combination of Evolve Vacation Rental network and technology such as Nexia/Schlage digital door locks and other automation hacks for guest communication.
