Beginning Marketing?

I am getting geared up to do some beginning marketing. However, I can't decide where to begin. I have put out bandit signs, but most of the areas in Baltimore City where you can put bandit signs and have them stay up for more than 1 day are not fun areas to be at, I mean I don't mind driving through them, but I don't like getting out :)

My other options I looked into and liked are Probate, and code violation marketing, as well as NOO. Our code violation website even tells court dates, judgements, and which props are vacant.

My question is whats the best bang for the buck to start. I know they can all provide quality leads but I need to build some capital up first.

WIth probates timing seems to be key. How long after the notice is in the paper do you guys send letters?
