What are your thoughts about pet rabbits?

Ask how many animals they have, not whether they have pets or not.  

This is one of my biggest pet peeves.

I'm looking at contracting a property to wholesale. the property has a horrible pet odor in it and theres no flooring anywhere.

I came across a site with rental agreements, move-in checklist, pet addendum's, etc. and wondered what may be the con's, if any, of having documents readily available.

I'd love to get rid of the siding on the front of the house under the protection of the current covered porch and eventually remove it completely from the house (think board and batten or clapboard-vinyl siding is a big pet peeve of ours)We have a habitat re-store nearby and many small sawmills that we can visit.

No, a pet deposit is for the damage that can potentially be caused by the pet.

I have a checklist I walk down each visit to look at plumbing, locks, smoke detectors, windows, pests/mold, overall condition, pets, etc.Scheduling them is the biggest pain.  

A little background: Hubby and I purchased an upper/lower duplex a few years back, remodeled majority of property, including decks, and allow dogs for a $25 per month pet charge plus $300 pet deposit. 2/1/1 units at $800/mo in Janesville, WI.
