The latter I use to scan documents with my phone's camera along with keeping digital copies of everything.The only paper that I have is building plans and a notebook I use to scratch notes into.

We've been looking around that area for a few months and it's the best deal cosmetically and on paper by about $20K (again, using MLS numbers and not wholesaling, REO, or any of the other great strategies used by folks on BP).

So if I don't expect much paperwork for a company (like ZEP paper products) then I just throw them into the miscellaneous folder (for ZEP I would file into XYZ - misc.)- Finally, within each folder I organize chronologically with the newest ones in front.The reason I do it the way I describe above is because I'm usually looking for something for a specific company and I have some clue about when it happened.
