According to the NYTimes the eviction moratorium got extended to the end of January 2021.Just relay hope the incoming administration doesn’t extend again or at the very least put a proper landlord assistance program in place.

It was a pain in the butt, and I took pictures of the checks for my records, since they were going in under a common deposit, making it harder to look back and see which checks were in any given deposit.

The 1/1 has a separate entrance, but it’s not attached to the main house, so my understanding is that it wouldn’t qualify for JADU.I do plan to live there, but plan to move after a couple years so this, and other things (such as utilities of hamshack being included with main house), is an extra pain.

Tenants AND landlords are really where the pain is right now, but everyone's basically just forced to wait everything out,.. vaccines are on the way. 

The documents does state permits are needed (which in SF is a pain in itself) but nothing about zoning changes.
