As long as your numbers make sense then the packaged deal should sell itself.

In fact, folks are having a hard enough time selling those nice homes in packaged neighborhoods.If it were me, I would buy this property for a rental, and use the remodel money to make it bullet proof instead of nice.  

They also have a package for management companies, but I have not used that option.

Edward Wills  says you can have a perfectly good rental in a good area then all of a sudden over the course of a year the bad element moves in and your toast. its sad but true.

Has anyone used their services/package before and if so what has been your experience with them?

I've aldo successfully completed AP and obtained Quiet Title court orders after satisfying ALL of the elements required.

You're right on target...the listing agent is way out of her element on this deal.
