I know there has been some discussion of what it might look like with the drop of the price of oil.  

I will be graduating college tomorrow and moving to Midland, TX for a job in Oil & Gas (engineering) in June.

I agree 1,000% that the vast majority of those promoting there "Guru"/"REI Coach" program are 1,000% snake-oil salesman, complete scamming BS giving dribbles of knowledge at maximum price as there focus is profiting off those seeking a REI Coach.     

Right now coal is busting, and oil booming.

And when we do sell we make sure to advertise the extra insulation and low heat costs.We've also replaced almost all oil heat with gas heat and have updated other gas furnaces with new more efficient units in rental properties.

Today is brake pads and oil change on my 2010 Caravan. 

All these “No money down” gurus and their snake oil.

Not leaving yet, but see the danger Of Proposition 13 on commercial property being killed and vast number of jobs lost, or the radical Newsom winning the election and getting away with doubling income taxes (Venezula was a wealthy place with oil a few short years ago, now they have problems getting food and toilet paper, so don't think an economic collapse can not happen)   Why?

And that's why google has everything from oil change to doctor office on its campus... 

We are headed for an oil and gas boom.
