Especially the ones that make it look like it's some sort of official notice or something you must respond to

I would write an Addendum to the lease that spells out that exact language.

Probably not good to use this type of language when it comes to writing goals.

Or worse, added language that restricts you from using the property as you intend. 

I know that it is not official, however I was able to get a much closer estimate to my property's true value.  

@Steve Babiak  I just attended a recent DIG meeting on Sheriff Sales, where there was a Judge, and officials from the Sheriff Dept.

With the current climate of the world ending, and the always lovely to work with Philly city officials the timeline for this is generally around 6 months- 1 yr. 

Because proofs of funds are frequently requested at the beginning stages of a purchase, they often include language such as, 'borrower is preliminarily approved' or something similar.Best,Michael
