I reached out to Arcana (now MSI) as they are recommended by a number of threads I've seen on Bigger Pockets...They don't deal with customers directly, but did offer a list of agents/companies that will.

The MLO could potentially offer seller concessions to help the buyer as well but it cannot be stated the buyer MUST use the seller’s firm for lending. 

Bigger Pockets offers leases for all 50 states as part of their pro membership and I've had good luck using them in my own endeavors.

Call them up and ask them if they’re looking to expand their offerings because you have properties available for them to rent.

Hello, I am looking at 2 properties, one 2 unit property that I have put in an offer of about 120k that can generate positive cashflow of $600 per month and another which is a 6 unit property where I have put in an offer of 350k that can generate $2000 cashflow.I have a bank ready to lend a mortgage at 7% for the 2 unit property.

Then they can submit offers for you and represent you on the purchase.  

Lol clearly if they’re not breaking the law there’s not much more you can do. the op is under the 6th circuit who has ruled that common areas do offer a reasonable expectation of privacy so that argument is out.
