I'd say it takes about 3-5 years to really build up good credit where the company is taken seriously by lenders.

Well my goal is to bring "highest and best" use to the neighborhood. 1 year ago you could buy property for 35,000 and collect rent. 1 year late new construction under contract for 250k, rehabs listed at 239k.
