But I'm curious to know:1) When purchasing will the property go under my name or the private money lender (uncle)?

The property is located in Maryland so I checked the SDAT website for owner name and mailing address and no luck, the mailing address listed is the same as the property address. 

My name is Christopher Lynn but I go by Chris.

Came across related people and come to find out she had a son who is also deceased but got in contact with her daughter in law who was married to her deceased son and still carries his last name.

In addition to what's been said above, the invoice should clearly state the address where the work was done and your company's name.
