Working full time and part time to continue saving up money for now but as it is I am willing to be a homebuyer using one of the methods above, here in Oakland (I live in the Saint Elizabeth area) or anywhere else in the East Bay.

I just ordered the one that focuses on the BRRRR method and can’t wait to read it!

Many refer to this as "the enemy method", and you can use Pricelabs to see an entire year of data for each "enemy".

So if we have a choice, we want to use the conventional methods first.  

I would like to not just learn the BRRRR method, but be successful at it.
