If that's the only public improvement you'll need to do, it will cost you maybe ~$1500 to have someone draft up the plan and process the permit, $1800 in ROW permit submittal fees, and maybe $10/sf for the concrete if it's part of other work at your property.

I've been told it'll cost $1850 to fix, and will require busting up 1-2 tiles, cutting some drywall, drilling hole in concrete, fixing leak, filling hole in concrete, putting down new tile, repairing drywall, done.

then you have the spiteful ones that put concrete in your pipes and take a sledge hammer to the sheet rock LOL  this is not for the feint of heart.. over the years and even today we are cautious about bidding on homes that are occupied ..

.- Closed on the property at the beginning of August 2018- Completed exterior and mechanical improvements, including new TPO roof, new HVAC systems, several concrete balcony/landing replacements, and new paint (HVAC systems and roof were at the end of their useful life.
