My main question I pose is this: I will have roughly 15k to put down on a property by next March or April.

Could you share a few of the main risks you alluded to that a second position takes on behind such a big first?

The main reason why I chose the brokerage that I started with was the training program, coaching and how the agents raved about the company. 

FSBO w/ owner financing.Lets assume the numbers work on my initial number crunch and its a good cash flowing property.The main house of the property was built in 1920 and at some point a long time ago it was split up into 4 units.

I'm thinking about making subject to and lease options my main strategy.
