Since ive been listening to lota of pod casts  and webinars on BP it hust didnt feel right this early in the game.

Glad I listened to my gut BUT hopefully Section 8 still direct deposit their portion of the rents.

Listen: I could be VERY wrong, but at least I’m acting the way someone who believes what I’m saying would act. 

Books and podcasts are great, but they don’t replace listening and learning from someone who is currently actually doing it in your market.

There is no shortage of REI meetups, just make sure you don't get tricked into listening to a sales pitch (which is common, do your research).  

Ive been reading books, blogs, and forums and listening to podcasts for the last few months.

Hi everyone,I’ve been a BP member for some time, where I’ve read many BP books, listened to most episodes of the podcasts, and established a relationship with a real estate agent who has taken me to a couple open houses.

Now, when I say most people, I refer to people I listen to and communicate with, which doesn’t necessarily reflect the crowd following the wrong news.

Beginner's guide was helpful, and I enjoy listening to BP's podcasts.

That's how long I think it's going to take before some people start to realize that they need to listen to individuals in lab coats with things like "MS, MD, PhD Virology, Immunology, Epidemiology, Public Health" after their names instead of grifters and con artists.
