On the positive side, I think people being lazy is on your side on this one.

Hey @Ben Leybovich , sorry I missed your show this afternoon I had a firecall. 

Spend a Saturday afternoon hitting up 3-4 of them near you. 

He came by on Tuesday afternoon and took a look at the property and said he would give me a written quote with everything broken out, license #'s, etc by Thursday night.Friday comes and nothing.Saturday night comes, nothing.

Am meeting the Parents Saturday afternoon for a tour inside .
