Good afternoon,

I was wondering if I could get help and advice on how can I get my agents reo listings? I`m a principle owner of EXIT Power Realty in downtown Tempe, Az and just wanting to get more creative ways to get listings for my team. Thank you

You need to have a relationship with the bank asset managers.  If you can begin to form those relationships, sometimes they may start throwing some BPO's your way, then work your way up to listing their properties.

You may want to consider if you want to be in the REO listing game. Often the listing agent is taking a reduced commission, has to pay for utilities out of pocket until the property closes, and may even have to pay for small repairs out of pocket, then get reimbursed when and if the property closes.
