Maybe with a few properties it would be manageable but for 300+ it would have taken too much work to transfer payment data into the forms required by the credit reporting agency every month.It's too bad they make it difficult because rent is typically the largest payment made very month and is a great indicator of credit worthiness.

You'd have to find a timber company that is willing to pay for the trees on the property (they'll usually just take the largest trees and leave the smaller stuff behind - as most of it isn't going to be large enough for production).
