Hi my name is curtis and I currently live in lake worth florida for school but plan on moving back to freehold, New Jersey area.

Good morning/afternoon/evening,I recently relocated to the Salt lake area for work.

Also, another co-owner who lives there received three fines for the same allegation and the allegation is not even supported by the Bylaw. 

I want to move more central and hopefully start a care home business preferably salt lake, manoa, kaimuki area.

Here are all the numbers:purchased for $46,500rehab costs = $21,060ARV about $96,000monthly rent $895taxes $1549/yrinsurance = $65/molocation is Sheffield Lake, OHowned for about 4 months via hard money lender at 12% no points all interest payable at refi.So I have 2 questions:Will a conventional lender offer 70% LTV and 6 months seasoning?

One bad news article about the lake could have a substantial impact on property values. 

I am all about automating processes as I have a good many long term rentals and don't want to spend a bunch of needless time do things that can be handled easier and quicker.Homeaway has made this much more automated and they are keeping my Lake House full with quality renters.
