R.C. 5313.07 is a key Ohio statute for RE investors.I always advise my clients when selling via owner financing to structure their deal with that in mind.

One of my key take aways was NEVER to make a blind offer to a motivated seller.... ask me how I know. :( I almost missed out on this deal entirely!!

Those last two words are key also.
