Refrences - Is there anyone with a proven track record that may help rest your case as far as skills you're good at to get the job done?

I already had an attorney look over the Avail lease and he suggested keeping it as is. 

Companies didn't want to travel that far if they were not going to get a replacement job and when the warranty company requested things like detailed photos and written, itemized replace vs repair estimates they quit answering the phone altogether!

What are the best course of action do you suggest?

I  would always suggest a Mentor and top notch Realtor with construction experience or contractor with Real Estate knowledge Mentor Never read a book on my skills. 

I was going to suggest finding a place with better value, but after doing some searching online I didn't come up with much.
