Before ever hiring a contractor make sure you have a contract that outlines the scope, cost and time to completeInclude damages in the contract for not completing in time.

You definitely want to get an intimate understanding of the demand and supply of MTR in your market if it's like that.

If your passion is telling you not to continue your education at this point in time I would recommend stopping.

At our company, we keep things very small and only work with an intimate crowd of investors.

But I've been pleasantly surprised at what we're seeing for costs on new construction.
